How We Work Together
YVG becomes a minority partner in the acquired business while our operating partner is the majority partner. For managers currently running a business, we partner with you to acquire that business. For managers who have not yet identified a business to acquire, we partner with you early in the acquisition process to locate and analyze acquisition opportunities. We believe in a high level of autonomy for our operating partners and do not become involved in the day-to-day business operations. We want you to run the business.
